What does identity really mean? Implications for gender and transhumanism

I muse on ‘What does identity really mean?’. It’s being attacked on all fronts. The roots of our identity lie in our familial, cultural and biological identity which are being deliberately subverted, destabilising society. Every aspect of life is being datified – health, speech, movement and thoughts – who owns the data? Could this be the march to transhumanism where there is no identity? This video with Dr Yuval Noah Harari 9global tech futurist and advisor to Klaus Schwab of the WEF) on ‘Hackable Humans’ gives you a stark insight into what the WEF have in their minds for our future.

The blurring of the edges of identity with gender is dangerous as it allows your identity to be determined by a legal framework. If your identity is non-specific, i.e. them, they, it deems you as a non-person.

Transhumanism relies on people not having a fixed identity. By teaching identity is fluid and self-created, it lays the groundwork for digital identities and programmable selves. If self is detached from body (biology) it’s easier to merge human identity with virtual AI systems. You can even be a digital avatar. Gender ideology subtly replaces parental authority with state control.

All of this links to the Sustainable Development Goals 5,10 and 16.9 which force us to comply with digital ID.

Denmark pushes back on data harvesting

As highlighted by the recent image of the pope in a white puffa jacket which was a deep fake manipulation, the Danish government announced a plan to submit a bill to amend the country’s copyright legislation so that everyone has the right to their own body, their own voice and their own facial features. This could have far-reaching implications for the whole surveillance, digital ID and GDPR data-mining arena for all countries.
