While generating millions of ”good high wage jobs”

Through it all it would “promote justice and equality by preventing current, and repairing historic oppression to frontline and vulnerable communities”

According to Christopher Clack a physicist (The Hill) said the cost for the GND will run into trillions

Despite decades of government subsidies or non nuclear clean energy wind power provides just 6% of the nations energy, and solar just 1 %

Never the less approx 70 democratic lawmakers have endorsed a GND plan including Elizabeth Warren and Califofornia Dem Senator Kampala Harris.

Ocasio Cortez now wants legislation to eliminate all us fossil fuel consumption so far Bernie Sanders, Cory Booker and 40 House democrats have supported this move.

 

Legistaion for this would mean closing every power plant in the The US ( which would then become global) destroying hundreds of thousands of jobs … this wold occur by 2050

In its place would be complete Renaable energy especially wind and solar.

This would create economic chaos , Capital Alpha Partners on behalf of the Institute for Energy Research said ” It would create a carbon dioxide tax on the people and would cost the US economy 5.98 trillion dollars by 2040 as much as 12.32 Trillion would be lost .. one quarter of National GDP”

Not only would Orcasioo Cortez’,s plan destroy the west’s economies it would also be impossible to achieve.

When the wind isn’t blowing and the sun isn’t shining renewable energy relies on fossil fuels to back it up and keep your lights on and industry running.

So currently to have 109% renewables powering the grid would be for everyone to to live without power when the grid was unable to fulfil the nervy needs of the people.

So no stable electricity sources for hospitals and other essential services,

Not content with destroying the the existing energy resources the plan requires

“ upgrading every residential and industrial building for state of the art energy efficiency, comfort and safety “

“ eliminating greenhouse gas emissions from the manufacturing , agricultural, and other industries”

Let’s be clear the “the government taking an equity stake in projects “ doesn’t just call for standalone block grants to transition to clean energy , but instead effectively nationalise our entire energy industry. Furthermore the federal Reserve exclusively loans to banks and governmental entities only thus confirming the Reg GND is a call to have the state take over private companies.

The retro -fitting of homes globally will have householders asset striped of at least to £25,000 per household to achieve these works , which will be mandatory. This will be implemented in the next 5 years.

All wood/coal burning stoves , gas boilers and gas cookers to be stripped from UK homes by 2025.
